LANCASTER, Pa. - The Falcons played well against Stockton but errors proved to be the downfall for Messiah as they went down 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-19). Messiah collected 35 kills as a team, led by Mary Underman (9) while the defense was led by Amanda Dahlman, who accumulated 17 digs. The Falcons are now 9-8 on the season and will play Bethany College tomorrow at 12:30 p.m.

How It Happened
Messiah fought through the first set, pushing their way to 21 but Stockton took the set from there. The Falcons struggled in the second and third set, scoring less than 20 in each set. The Falcons struggled throughout the three sets as they collected 23 errors through the match. It was a team effort on the attack as nine Falcons chimed in for kills and another team effort on the defensive side with eight Falcons registering digs.

Messiah's attack was highlighted by Mary Underman and Natalie Marsch who had nine and seven kills, respectively. Katie Wilcox (16) and Heston Cowoski (11) registered 10-plus assists on the night. Katie Wilcox, Heston Cowoski, and Mary Underman each registered one service ace against Stockton.
