LANCASTER, Pa. - Messiah battled through both matches today but fell 3-1 against Bethany and 3-1 against Franklin & Marshall. Against Bethany, Messiah took the first set but struggled to maintain momentum through the last three sets. Against Franklin and Marshall, Messiah dropped the first set but charged back with a 25-22 win in the second set but that would be their only win against F&M.
Match One: Bethany Defeats Messiah 3-1 (24-26, 26-24, 25-13, 25-23)

Messiah took the first set in a close battle 26-24 but eventually lost to Bethany College 3-1 (24-26, 26-24, 25-13, 25-23). The Falcons' attack was led by
