LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Falcons wrapped up the weekend with multiple top performances among Division I, II, and III competition.
Esther Seeland led the charge for the Falcons, setting a new school record in the 800m with a time of 2:16.93. The women's 4x400m relay took third-place overall, running a 4:09.26, good for third all-time in program history.
In The Results
Kelsie Kennedy and
Rebecca Crosley represented Messiah in the 400m. Kennedy led the way, running a 1:02.61 to take 10th-placee. Crosley followed closely behind with a 1:02.85. In the 500m,
Taylor Wiederrecht ran a time of 1:20.69 to take seventh-place.
In the women's 800,
Esther Seeland dominated the field, running a 2:16.93, more than two seconds ahead of second-place, setting a new program record. Seeland's time is nearly five seconds ahead of her time from last week that put her fourth on the top-10 list. Following Seeland was
Ellissa Slader who ran a 2:22.43 to take fifth-place overall.Â
Maddison Landis was the only Falcon to compete in the mile and she didn't disappoint as she made her way through the finish in 5:17.24 to take second-place. Landis' time is nearly a three second personal best and keeps her fifth all-time in program history.Â
Cera Gaston competed in the 3,000m run, finishing the race in 11:27.02 to take 18th-place.

Alyssa McMinn finished her weekend with a 13.65m throw in the weight to take 15th-place.Â
