2021 Season – Graduate Student
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons … named All-Region by USTFCCCA … named to the Academic All-MAC squad … named a NCAA Division III All-Academic Athlete by USTFCCCA ... placed second in the heptathlon (4062) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … earned a new personal-best mark in the triple jump (10.10m) at the DeSales University Invitational (Apr. 24).

2019-20 Season- Senior
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons… named All-American by USTFCCCA… qualified for Nationals in pentathlon (3518) and high jump (1.71m)… placed first in the pentathlon (2955), placed second in the long jump (5.37m), and placed third in the 60m hurdles (9.32) at the MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship… placed first in the pentathlon (3518) at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi… helped the Falcons place first in the 4X400 relay at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi (4:12.38) and the Coach I Open (4:02.61)… placed first in the 400 (1:01.19) at the 2020 Frank Colden Invitational… helped Messiah finish first in the 4X200 (1:52.65) at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi… placed first in the 200 (26.99), high jump (1.65m), and long jump (5.08m) at the Golden Wolves Rust Buster… earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors… outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19 Season - Junior
Took first in the high jump (1.71m, 5' 7.25") while helping the Falcons take first in the 4x400m relay (4:03.08) and set a program record in the 4x200m relay (1:48.27) at the 2019 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Took third in the 400m (1:00.09) at the indoor conference championships...Earned her first career All-American honor after clearing 1.68m on her third attempt at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships...Set the program record and facility record in the high jump with a 1.72m clearance at the 2019 Messiah Multi/Invitational...Scored 4,575 points in the heptathlon to set her new personal best and qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the event...Took second place in the heptathlon (4,388 points) at the 125th Penn Relays...Took first in the heptathlon (4,324 points) and high jump (1.67m, 5' 5.75"), second in the 400m (57.06s), third in the 200m (25.99s), and helped the Falcons set a new program record and finish in first in the 4x100m relay (49.03s) while also helping Messiah earn the gold medal in the 4x400m relay (3:52.96)...Named 2019 MAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year...Played a key role in helping the Falcons qualify for the Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in the 4x400m relay after running a 3:50.49 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet...Finished in 20th place in the heptathlon (4,345) and 14th in the high jump (1.61m, 5' 3.25") while helping the Falcons break the program record in the 4x400m relay (3:50.30) to become the first relay team in the Dale Fogelsanger era to qualify for the national final in any relay.

2017-18 Season - Sophomore
Took first in the pentathlon with 3,311 points and finished in second place in high jump with a 1.62m (5' 3.75") clearance at the 2018 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Finished in 14th place at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championships in the pentathlon with 3,123 points...Won the 400m (56.76s) and took second in the high jump with a jump of 1.60m (5' 3") while helping the Falcons finish in first place in the 4x400m relay (3:56.68) at the 2018 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Set the program record in the 400m (56.60s) at the Mideast Invitational to qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Finished in 22nd place in the 400m (58.61s) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2016-17 Season - Freshman
Finished in second place in the pentathlon with a score of 2,701 points while helping the Falcons take second in the 4x200m relay (1:48.89) at the 2017 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Finished in third place in the heptathlon with 3,603 points while helping the Falcons claim gold in the 4x400m relay (4:03.74) at the 2017 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
