Swarthmore, Pa – The men's tennis team was swept 9-0 today against Swarthmore. They are back in action on October 9 when they travel to Dickinson.
Doubles
Jarod Snader and
Jonathan Baker highlighted the Falcons efforts on the afternoon. They dropped a close 8-6 pro-set at No. 1 doubles.
At No. 2 doubles,
Connor Rose and
Chase Wilson lost 8-3 to their opponents and
Carl Anderson and
Ellis Martin lost 8-0 at No. 3 doubles.
Singles
The Falcons could not find much success in singles either.
At No. 1 singles,
Jarod Snader lost 3-6, 0-6 to Hellman Zhao.
At No. 2 singles,
Chase Wilson lost to Andy Wo 0-6, 0-6.
At. No. 3 singles,
Connor Rose lost 2-6, 1-6 to Stafford Yerger.
At. No. 4 through No. 6 singles,
Jonathan Baker (4),
Josh Gingerich (5) and
AJ Swanson (6) each lost to their opponents by scores of 0-6, 0-6.
