ANNVILLE, Pa. – On Tuesday morning, Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has named the 2024 All-MAC Commonwealth Major Awards and All-Conference teams. Messiah's honors were highlighted by a Co-Coach of the Year honor for Head Coach Brooke Good. Messiah had five players named to the All-Mac Commonwealth teams.

Head Coach Brooke Good was named Co-Coach of the Year along with Morgan Bitting of Stevenson.

Hailey Womer, Mallory Kline, and Lillian Peters each earned First-Team honors. Picking up Second-Team selections were Carrie Bair and Jenna Lutz.

Hailey Womer earned a First-Team honor and the first All-MAC honor of her career after a successful senior campaign. Womer led the team with 22 points behind 10 goals and two assists, starting the season strong with a goal in the Falcons' season opener. The senior forward had two multi-goal performances this season with a two goal performance at Stevenson on Oct. 26 and a first-half hat trick in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinal against Alvernia on Nov. 6.

Junior midfielder Mallory Kline earned her third All-MAC selection and first First-Team honor following a strong season. Kline collected 11 points this season behind three goals and five assists, starting in 18 of the Falcons 19 games. What the stat line doesn't show is Kline's ability to make plays in the midfield, causing turnovers and feeding passes to her forwards to create scoring opportunities.

Lillian Peters picked up a First-Team honor and the first All-MAC honor of her career after anchoring a strong Falcons defense that only allowed 22 goals this season and earning six shutouts. The junior defender stepped up as the Falcons' graduated the 2023 Co-Defensive Player of the Year, Nicole Shank.

Picking up the first All-MAC honor of her career was senior forward Carrie Bair. Bair picked up Second-Team honors after scoring seven goals with four assists in the 2024 season. Bair started 14 of the 17 games for the Falcons and scored two game-winning goals.

Jenna Lutz was named to the Second-Team after helping run the Messiah offense from the midfield. This is Lutz's second All-MAC honor of her career after being named to the First-Team in the 2023 season. Lutz had 11 points this season with three goals and five assists.

Brooke Good earned Co-Coach of the Year honors after leading the Falcons 7-0 in MAC Commonwealth Play. Aside Good, the coaching staff of Danae Hollenbach, Kourtney Joyce, Ashley Matarrese, Shelby Landes, and Kristin Beitz led the Falcons to an overall record of 14-5 in the 2024 season. This is Coach Good's seventh honor as MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year.
