HILTON HEAD, S.C. – On Tuesday evening, the Messiah Women's Tennis team picked up the 5-2 win over Baldwin Wallace University to improve to 2-2 on the season. The Falcons were able to pick up the pivotal doubles court win by taking courts one and two. From that point on, Messiah would dominate during singles action winning four of the six courts clinching the match win early in the day.

Bella Heckman was able to set the tone for the day by cruising to a 6-1 win over their opponents on court one.
Kiara Bomboy /
Jocelyn Valdez responded on court two with an impressive 6-1 win of their own to clinch the match point for Messiah.
Singles:
Despite dropping the first set 2-6. Bomboy responded well to win the next two 6-4 and 10-4 to take court one for Messiah.
Kylie Walker and
Bella Heckman made quick work of their opponents. Walker picked up the 6-2, 6-0 win on court two, while Heckman squeaked out the 7-5 win in set one, but dominated set two 6-1 giving Messiah the match win.
Katelyn Good would secure one more win for Messiah putting the match out of reach by winning court five 6-3, 6-1.
