The freshmen pairing of
Taryn Zerby and
Susan Arp won on court two to start the day, winning 6-3.
Isabella Ipri and
Bella Heckman followed up with a close win on court three, taking their match 7-5. With the doubles point already secured,
Kiara Bomboy and
Kylie Walker finished their match on court one, winning 6-4.
Singles
Kiara Bomboy fell on court one to start singles in a match that went to a ten-point tiebreak (3-6, 6-1, 8-10).
Taryn Zerby got the Falcons on the board in singles play, winning on court two in two sets (6-4, 6-1).
Susan Arp followed with a two-set win on court three (6-2, 7
7-6
3).
Kylie Walker got the final point of the day to give the Falcons the win, winning in two sets on court four (6-2, 6-3).
Bella Heckman and
Katelyn Good both had strong starts in matches, both winning a set before the matches were called for time.
