Biography

2014 Season - Senior
Becky started in all 22 games this season. Becky collected a career-high four goals on the season and assisted on six other goals. She was named First Team All-Commonwealth, NFHCA/Longstreth First-Team All-Region, Academic All-Conference, and the MAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for field hockey. Ely was also honored as a finalist for the Messiah College Senior Scholar-Athlete Award. Ely participated in the 2014 Victory Sports Tours / NFHCA Division III Senior Game.

2013 Season - Junior
Appeared and started in all 21 games this season. Becky tallyed three goals and three assists for the Falcons and was a perfect 2-2 in penalty strokes. She was named NFHCA/Longstreth Second Team All-Region and First Team All-Commonwealth.

2012 Season - Sophomore
Becky scored twice for the Falcons in 21 games for the Falcons this season. She was named to the First Team All-Conference.

2011 Season - Freshman
Becky started in all 18 games for Messiah. She had one assist. Becky was named Commonwealth Rookie of the Year.

Personal
Becky is from Newtown, Pa., and attended Council Rock High School North. She is majoring in Mathematics at Messiah. Her hobbies include lacrosse, water skiing, snowmobiling, tennis, and spending time with friends and family. Her future plans are to teach mathematic at the middle or high school level, and coach.
