Competed in six races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 25:02.8 in the 8k at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … achieved a top team finish of 1st in five different competitions … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished with All-MAC First Team honors in 5th overall as the 1st Falcon with a time of 26:32.6 … also finished as the top Falcon at Regionals in 20th place overall, earning All-Region honors.

2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in eight races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 24:38.7 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … named the Middle Atlantic Conference Men’s Runner of the Week for this performance … earned a top team finish of 1st in all competitions … finished in 7th place overall with a time of 27:21.5 at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, earning All-MAC First Team honors … finished in 13th place overall with a time of 24:53.6 at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … earned All-Region honors and qualified to race for the Falcons at the NCAA Division III National XC Championships as the fifth of seven unattached racers … finished in 166th place overall with a time of 26:08.8 at the National Championship meet.

2022 Season – First Year
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 25:22.5 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … finished in 7th place overall at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships with a time of 25:43.2 … named to the All-MAC First Team and named the MAC Rookie of the Year for this performance … competed for the Falcons at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships, running a time of 25:55.7 for 21st place overall, qualifying for All-Mid-Atlantic Region Honors … third Falcon finisher at both championship events … Academic All-MAC … MAC Honor Roll
