Competed in seven races for the Falcons and served as Team Captain … ran a personal best time of 21:42.3 in the 6k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … named the Middle Atlantic Conference Women’s Runner of the Week for her 1st place finish at the Misericordia Cougar Classic, crossing the line with a time of 24:17.3 … earned a top team finish of 1st in all competitions … earned a bronze medal for her performance at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … placed 3rd overall with a time of 24:03.8 … placed 36th overall at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships with a time of 22:34.9.

2022 Season – Junior
Competed in eight races for the Falcons … finished in under 24 minutes for the 6k twice, achieving a personal best time of 23:49.3 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle … earned six team-best finishes … finished in 27th place at the 2022 Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships with a time of 24:14.3, earning All-MAC Third Team Honors … competed at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships, finishing in 67th place with a time of 24:02.3 … first Messiah finisher at both Conference and Regional meets … College Sports Communicators Academic All-District … MAC Honor Roll
