Biography
2018-19 Season – Senior
Russell played all her singles matches at the No. 1 spot and went 6-5 overall, 4-0 in the MAC Commonwealth. In doubles action, Russell and Wichert held a 7-4 overall record at the No. 1 slot and went 5-2 in conference play. Russell was named
All-MAC Commonwealth First Team and was named MAC Commonwealth Tournament MVP after the Falcons won their third conference championship.
2017-18 Season – Junior
In singles play, Russell was 10-5 overall and 5-2 in the MAC Commonwealth. In doubles action, Russell went 10-6 overall and 7-1 in the conference. She received
All-MAC Commonwealth Second Team recognition.
2016-17 Season – Sophomore
Russell appeared in six matches for the Falcons.
2015-16 Season - Freshman
In singles, Russell went 12-7 overall, 8-0 in conference play in her first year as a Falcon. In doubles, Russell went 11-8 overall, 8-0 in conference play. In her first year as a Falcon, Russell earned
Rookie of the Year honors and
First Team All- Conference.
