2022 Season – Senior
Competed in nine races for the Falcons … earned a personal best time of 24:54.6 in the 8k at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University … finished in 2nd place overall and as the second Falcon at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships with a time of 25:05.9, earning All-MAC First Team Honors … finished as the top Falcon at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships, crossing the line in 6th with a time of 25:21.0 … awarded All-Mid-Atlantic Region Honors for this performance and qualified as an individual for the NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championships … finished as the second Falcon in 96th place overall with a time of 26:03.5 at the National Championship race … College Sports Communicators Academic All-District … Academic All-MAC … MAC Honor Roll … MAC All-Sportsmanship Team

2021 Season – Junior
Competed in seven events for the Falcons … earned a season-best 8K time of 26:09.6 at the Mike Woods Invitational … competed in the MAC Championships 8K (27:04.3), placing seventh overall, and competed in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals 8K (27:32.9).  

2020 Season – Sophomore
Earned a perfect discrepancy score of zero seconds in the MAC virtual 4-mile Prediction Race … competed in all three MAC virtual events … earned a 5000m time of 15:50.

2019 Season – Freshman
Finished 16th at the Messiah College Invitational…Placed 68th at the 2019 MAC Cross Country Championships.
