Have you ever wanted to talk with a professional about nutrition?
McKenna is a Registered Dietitian who is available to all full-time undergraduate Messiah University students. She provides medical nutrition therapy based on individual needs and incorporates intuitive eating, a non-diet approach. Her nutrition philosophy promotes "all foods fit." She encourages clients to eat real, whole food as a source of nourishment as well as a source of enjoyment and break free from the diet cycle. McKenna completed her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Dietetics as well as Exercise Science from Messiah College in 2017, and then completed her Dietetic Internship also through Messiah in 2018.
