2023-24 Season - Graduate
Participated in six competitions for the Falcons during the outdoor season … set a personal best mark in the triple jump (14.77m) that places 4th on the All-Time Outdoor Top Ten list … unable to start at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships due to injury … qualified for the Division III National Track & Field Championships in the triple jump as the 16th ranked athlete with a top wind-legal jump of 14.60m … finished in 17th place at the National Championships meet with a distance of 14.40m.

2022-23 Season - Graduate
Participated in 3 competitions for the Falcons during the outdoor season … jumped a personal best mark of 14.71m in the triple jump at the York College Twilight Meet (Apr. 3) … ranked 3rd in the nation for the triple jump amongst Division III athletes at the time of jumping 14.71m and finished the season ranked 19th amongst Division III athletes … unable to compete in subsequent competitions or the NCAA Division III Outdoor T&F Championships due to injury … earned a placement of 4th on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List for the triple jump … also set season-best marks in the 100m (11.54) and long jump (6.09m) during the outdoor season.

2021-22 Season – Graduate
Competed in 14 competitions for the Falcons … earned a Gold Medal in the triple jump (13.94m) at the 2022 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships … claimed MAC Field Athlete of the Week following the week ending on Dec. 3.

2021 Season – Senior
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons … named All-Region by USTFCCCA ... earned a career-best 7.01m in the long jump at the Messiah Multi/Invitational, the third-longest high jump in Messiah history … earned a career-best 14.46m in the triple jump at the York Twilight Invitational (Apr. 1) ... named as a NCAA Division III All-Academic Athlete by USTFCCCA.

2019-20 Season – Junior
Competed in six meets for the Falcons. Qualified for the MAC Indoor Championships in the 60m and the Triple Jump. Placed second in the Triple Jump (13.69m) at the Frank Colden Invitational and second in the Triple Jump (13.63m) at the Susquehanna Invitational. The 2020 Outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.

2018-19 Season - Sophomore
Finished in eighth place in the 60m (7.23 seconds) and fifth place in the triple jump (13.28m, 43' 7") at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Became the fourth fastest 100m runner in program history after running a 10.96 second 100m at the 2019 Messiah Multi/Invitational to take first at the meet...Earned the bronze medal in the triple jump with a jump of 13.64m (44' 9") at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Finished in seventh place in both the 100m (11.19s) and the 200m (23.16s) at the 2019 outdoor conference championships.

2017-18 Season - Freshman
Qualified for the 2018 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the long jump and finished in eighth place with a jump of 6.56m (21' 6.25")...Took fourth in triple jump with a jump of 13.68m (44' 10.75") at the 2018 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
