Competed in nine races for the Falcons and served as Team Captain … achieved a personal best time of 24:49.3 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … named MAC Men’s Runner of the Week five times for his performances at the LVC Invitational, LHU Invitational, Paul Short Run, Rowan Border Battle, and MAC XC Championships … earned eight team-best finishes … named MAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year after finishing in 1st place overall at the Middle Atlantic Cross Country Championships with a course record time of 24:54.3 … finished 10th overall as the second Falcon at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships with a time of 25:31.4, earning All-Mid-Atlantic Region Honors … qualified individually for the NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championships, finishing as the top Falcon in 95th place with a time of 26:03.3 … College Sports Communicators Academic All-District … MAC Senior Scholar-Athlete … Academic All-MAC … MAC Honor Roll

2021 Season – Junior
Competed in nine events for the Falcons … claimed MAC Runner of the Year after placing first in the MAC Championships 8K (26:33.9) … competed in the NCAA Championships, earning a season-best 8K time of 25:03.6 … earned MAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week four times.

2020 Season – Sophomore
Competed in all three MAC virtual events … tied teammate Galen Fitzkee for conference-best 5000m time (15:32) … contributed in mixed gender relay race.

2019 Season – Freshman
