2021 Season – Junior
Competed in eight meets for the Falcons … won her second NCAA DIII Outdoor 800m National Title with a time of 2:02.52, setting a new NCAA DIII National Championship Meet record … named an All-American in the 800m … named All-Region and Mideast Region Track Athlete of the Year by USTFCCCA … honored as MAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Year … named to the Academic All-MAC squad … First Team All-MAC in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x400m relay … Third Team All-MAC in the 400m … named MAC Track Athlete of the Week six times … named National Athlete of the Week by USTFCCCA for the week ending on Apr. 25 … set new program records in the 400m (55.30), the 800m (2:02.52), and the 1500m (4:27.39) … set new MAC conference records in the 800m and 1500m ... named a NCAA Division III All-Academic Athelte by USTFCCCA ... named CoSIDA Academic All-District ... named CoSIDA First Team Academic All-American. 

2019-20 Season – Sophomore
Competed in eight meets for the Falcons… earned All-American honors by USTFCCCA… won the 800m (2:19.09), mile (5:07.88), and helped the Falcons place first in the 4X800m (9:41.48) at the MAC Indoor Track & Field Championship… finished first in the mile (5:07.21) and helped Messiah to place first in the 4X400m relay (4:12.38) at the Orange and Maroon Classic Multi… helped the Falcons finish first in the 4X400m relay (4:02.61) and also placed first in the 400m (59.56) at Coach I Open… placed first in the 800m (2:12.02) and helped Messiah finish first in the 4X400m relay (3:54.12) at the NYC DIII Invitational… placed first in the mile (4:59.91) and helped the Falcons finish first in the 4X400m (4:01.14) at the 2020 Frank Colden Invitational… finished first in the 800m (2:13.53) and helped Messiah place first in the 4X400m relay (3:54.23) at the Fastrack National Invite… named CoSIDA First Team Academic All-American… earned USTFCCCA Academic Award… named to Winter Academic All-Mac team with a spring GPA of 3.94… outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2018-19 Season – Freshman
Won the 800m (2:20.48) and the mile (5:01.06) at the 2019 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Helped the Falcons finish in first place in the 4x800m relay (9:38.42) at the indoor conference championships...Named 2019 MAC Indoor Rookie of the Year...Helped the Falcons qualify for the Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships in the distance medley relay with a 11:53.61 ran at Tufts National Qualifying Meet...Ran a 2:11.82 in the 800m final at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships to earn her first career All-American honor....Repeated her indoor dominance during the outdoor season by winning the 800m (2:16.28), 1,500m (4:36.33), and helped the Falcons win the 4x400m relay (3:52.96) at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Named 2019 MAC Outdoor Rookie of the Year...Helped the Falcons qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in the 4x400m relay after running a leg of the event at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet with a time of 3:50.49...Ran a leg of the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships to set a progam record (3:50.30) and become the first relay team to qualify for the national final in the Dale Fogelsanger era...Set a new program record in the 800m after storming down the homestretch to win the NCAA Division III Outdoor 800m National Title with a time of 2:05.24.
