IWCLA First Team All-American … USA Lacrosse Magazine Second Team All-American … IWCLA First Team All-Region … MAC Commonwealth Defender of the Year … First Team All-MAC Commonwealth … IWCLA Academic Honor Roll … All-MAC Sportsmanship Team … All-MAC Academic Team … MAC Academic Honor Roll … Started all 20 games for the Falcons … Led the Falcons with 82 draw controls, 68 ground balls, and 54 caused turnovers … Tallied three goals with one free-position goal.

2022 Season - Junior
All-MAC Commonwealth First Team. IWLCA Second Team All-Region. Started 19 games for the Falcons, scored 29 goals, had seven assists, recorded 50 ground balls and caused 24 turnovers. Season high six goals on 3/10/22.

2021 Season – Sophomore
Started all 19 games for the Falcons … named Second Team All-MAC Commonwealth … totaled 27 goals and three assists … won 54 draw controls, including a career-high eight in the MAC Commonwealth Championship Game versus York (Pa.) (May 1) … tallied 25 ground balls … second on team in caused turnovers (24) … recorded eight multi-goal games … scored a season-high four goals at Lebanon Valley (Apr. 17).

2020 Season – Freshman
Started five games for the Falcons… Recorded 11 total points… Scored eight goals… Scored multiple goals in two games… Scored five goals in a 12-11 win against Dickinson on Feb. 26… Scored her first career goal as a Falcon against Gettysburg on Feb. 19…  Third on the team with 14 draw controls… Picked up seven groundballs… Caused three turnovers…  Messiah played six games in a shortened season due to COVID-19.
